Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), supporting cost planning for residential projects, and providing accurate cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, validating contractor and supplier claims, and assisting in tender preparation and evaluation.



The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency, timely reporting, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The Quantity Surveyor will also prepare regular cost reports and forecasts to support decision-making and maintain financial control on projects.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in cost planning and cost management to support accurate budgeting and financial control.
- Candidates should possess skills in cost control and cost reporting to monitor expenditures and prepare clear, timely financial updates.
- Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing BOQ and related documentation for residential construction projects.
