? Position Details

Position: Sales Manager

? Location: Sector 5, Noida

? Experience: 3–5 Years (Experience in BIS/NABL Testing Laboratory, Certification, Inspection, or Compliance Industry preferred)

? Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

? Working Schedule

? 5.5 Days Working (Monday–Saturday)

⏰ 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

? Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Generate recent business opportunities and expand the client base across industries.

Lead and mentor the Sales & Business Development team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

Identify opportunities for BIS testing, product certification, and laboratory services.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance reports.

Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
