We are looking for a dynamic
Housekeeping Supervisor
to lead housekeeping operations, manage site teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery across client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping operations across assigned client sites.

Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping teams.

Plan daily manpower deployment and work schedules.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure SOP compliance.

Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and team performance.

Handle client queries and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Manage housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and inventory.





Coordinate with Operations and HR for smooth site management.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Eligibility

Education
- Graduate or Diploma in
Hotel Management
,
Hospitality Management
, or any relevant discipline.

Experience
- 2–5 years
as a
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Experience in
Facility Management
,
Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
,
Corporate Housekeeping
,
Commercial Buildings
,
Hospitals
,
Hotels Hospitality
are preferred.

Requirements

Robust leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, and cleaning procedures.

Experience in manpower planning and client handling.

Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Valid four-wheeler driving licence with driving proficiency (Mandatory).
