As part of our expansion we are looking for talented Production Engineer to work efficiently in our growing team. Synedyne has been in the forefront of product development in Sensing, Control, Connectivity and Intelligence products in India.

Job Responsibilities:
● Production planning and manpower handling, as well as daily production report preparation.
● Manage all Quality related issues in & out of Organization like Internal, Supplier.
● Identify Root Causes against Non-conformities and implement Corrective Actions.
● Develop and submit PPAP documents for Current Product Launches to Customers as per CSR’s.
● Ensure on Statistical Process Studies are in place, analysed & actions are implemented.
● Participate with CFT Team in Projects & APQP for NPD activities and ensure that all Quality Strategies are met as per System requirements.
● Coordinate pre-launch production trial run process monitoring.
● Participate in development of FMEA.
● Promote, Participate & Implement Problem Solving Techniques, ensure that Corrective Actions are in-place & Effectiveness is measured.
● Analyze Rejections & PPM thresholds, take all corrective actions & ensure they are implemented.
● Ensure on Review of Supplier Interactions & Monitoring of Supplier Quality Issues against Rejections & Non-Conformities.
● Ensure on adherence of Incoming, In process & Final Inspections are carried out as per QMS requirements.
● Ensure on Coordination on Evaluation & Monitoring of Vendor Rating Performance of all Suppliers along with Purchase Team.
● Continual Improvement Initiatives within the Department.
● COPQ Analysis on Month on Month basis & ensure Actions are implemented to close the Gaps.
