Broad Responsibilities:

To work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to support the development, execution, and optimization of our product initiatives. This role bridges strategy and execution to deliver cutting-edge and market-leading solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, strong coordination skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to drive product success.

Key Result Area / The success of the role:
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and document business and product requirements (PRDs, BRDs, user stories)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
- Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements




- Analyse customer feedback and identify enhancement opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements
- Support go-to-market planning and product launches

Key Accountabilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and execution plan for API Banking & NPCI Products.
- Align product development with regulatory changes, merchant requirements, and banking workflows.
- Gather and document business and product requirements (PRDs, BRDs, user stories)
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, data privacy laws)
- Support integration with payment gateways, banking APIs, credit bureaus, and third-party fintech partners
- Assist in defining transaction flows, reconciliation logic, settlement processes, and fraud controls

- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and API documentation.
