Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex software applications using Angular, Node.js, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps for implementation.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in architectural decisions related to system design, scalability, security, and performance.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Technical Leader or similar role.
- Robust expertise in Agile AI (Angular), Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from conceptualization to delivery.
