Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.



This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating recent business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and expanding AIHP’s corporate landlord portfolio. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations with potential clients, understanding client workplace requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to shape tailored proposals and solutions. The Business Development Manager will negotiate commercial terms, support contract finalization, and ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to project delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.
