Position Overview
- Job Title: Operator / Assembler (PCB Assembly)
- Total Vacancies: 6 Positions
- Employment Type: Contractual (3rd Party Payroll)
- Working Schedule: 6 days a week | 8.5 hours per day, including a 30-minute break
- Shift Timings:
- Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Joining Status: Immediate Requirement

Candidate Specification
- Qualification: Diploma in Electronics
- Experience Range: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience





Key Competencies & Skills

Essential
- Strong knowledge of SMT machine operations and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with electronic components, both Surface Mount Devices (SMD) and Plated Through-Hole (PTH).
- Expertise in hand soldering/assembly of SMT, PTH components, and mechanical hardware.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Execute SMT and Plated Through-Hole (PTH) component assembly on PCBs.
2. Perform precise rework on SMT components (including BTC components) and PTH components.
3. Read, interpret, and follow verbal instructions, sample boards, and technical work documentation.
