Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment coordination, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, helping prepare HR documentation, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will assist with employee engagement initiatives, onboarding support,



and basic queries related to benefits and personnel management. This is a remote internship role, offering exposure to HR operations in a dynamic consultancy setting and opportunities to learn best practices in people management and organizational development.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in policy documentation and benefits-related communication.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting HR operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
