About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator – E&S; to manage end-to-end coordination and execution of entrepreneurship & startup (E&S;) cohort programs. The role involves cohort management, stakeholder coordination, mentor scheduling, team tracking, and student support to ensure smooth program delivery and engagement.

The ideal candidate should possess solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple activities across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage dedicated E&S; cohorts and ensure smooth execution of program activities.

· Track startup/student team progress, milestones, deliverables, and participation.

· Coordinate and schedule mentor sessions, reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

· Provide continuous support and engagement to students, founders, and participating teams.





· Maintain regular communication with mentors, program partners, and internal stakeholders.

· Collect, maintain, and manage program-related data from all partner organizations using Excel and other tracking tools.

· Coordinate with all on-ground stakeholders, partners, mentors, and participating teams for seamless execution.

· Prepare reports, dashboards, documentation, MIS, and progress updates for internal stakeholders and management review.

· Support planning and execution of events, bootcamps, demo days, and networking sessions.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth program operations.

· Travel across 5 states for program implementation, stakeholder meetings, and on-ground coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Education, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, startup ecosystem, incubation, education, skilling, or
