Position Summary

The Deputy Vice President – PMS Sales will be responsible for driving Portfolio Management Services (PMS) business growth through acquisition of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs (UHNI), Family Offices, Corporate Treasuries, and affluent investors. The role requires strong expertise in capital markets, investment products, relationship management, and sales leadership to achieve revenue targets while ensuring superior client experience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Drive acquisition of new PMS clients and achieve assigned Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase PMS penetration within existing broking and wealth management client bases.
- Generate business through direct sourcing, referrals, channel partners, RMs, IFAs, and qualified networks.




- Identify cross-selling opportunities across equity, mutual funds, structured products, AIFs, bonds, and other wealth solutions.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective HNI/UHNI clients.

Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, and corporate clients.
- Conduct portfolio review meetings and provide market insights to clients.
- Understand client financial goals, risk profiles, and investment requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and wallet-share enhancement.

PMS Product Positioning
- Present PMS investment strategies, performance reports, market outlooks, and portfolio solutions to clients.
- Work closely with Fund Managers, Investment Advisors, and Research Teams to communicate investment strategies effectively.
- Organize investor meets, webinars, seminars, and client engagement programs.
