Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
MIS Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sites and compiling accurate, timely reports for management. This role involves
weekly site visits (1–2 times/ week)
and strong coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit operational/project sites weekly to collect relevant data and validate reports.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights and dashboards.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather inputs and resolve data discrepancies.
- Present reports and findings to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and update databases and reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BSc/BE preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting,



or data analysis roles.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to sites 1–2 times per week.
- A background in Mathematics will help.
- Good with Excel sheet.

Preferred Skills (Add-ons)
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools will be a strong plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems or cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to automate reports using Excel Macros or other tools.
