Role Highlights

Supervise daily production operations for RTE/RTC food products.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards.

Manage raw materials, packaging inventory, and manpower allocation.

Drive efficiency, reduce wastage, and maintain product quality.

Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology.

2–5 years of experience in food processing (RTE/RTC preferred).

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and production systems.
