Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and reach out to potential prospects through cold calling.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Present company services and close business deals.
- Handle business documentation and contractor coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain reports and track business performance.

Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
