Essential Skills:
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience and ReactJS
Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs.
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Positive communication skills and team leadership ability (for lead roles).
