About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a
U.S.-based advisory firm headquartered in Florida
that provides transaction advisory and financial due diligence services to middle-market businesses across the United States.

This is an opportunity to work directly with an experienced U.S. deal team on live transactions, gaining meaningful client exposure and ownership of engagements from day one. Unlike traditional offshore support roles, you will play an integral part in every stage of the due diligence process while collaborating closely with U.S.-based professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Analyze historical financial statements and identify normalized EBITDA adjustments.
- Assess working capital, debt, cash flow, and other key financial metrics.
- Prepare clear, concise, and client-ready financial due diligence reports.
- Identify financial, operational,



and accounting risks that may impact transaction value.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and support valuation discussions.
- Collaborate directly with U.S.-based deal professionals and clients throughout the engagement.
- Manage multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
designation (Required)
- 2–7 years
of experience in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
- Strong hands-on experience performing
Quality of Earnings (QoE)
engagements
- Experience completing
10 or more
buy-side and/or sell-side due diligence engagements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
- Immediate availability or a notice period of
one week or less
