Job Summary

We are looking for Shift Production Engineers to manage shift-wise manufacturing operations across CCV, Rubber CCV, and EHV cable production lines. The role involves ensuring smooth production, maintaining product quality, adhering to standard operating procedures, and achieving production targets while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage shift-wise production activities on CCV, Rubber CCV, and EHV cable manufacturing lines.
- Monitor extrusion and curing processes to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Execute production as per the approved production plan and manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution of machine breakdowns and minimizing downtime.




- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Supervise complete manufacturing operations from the initial process to the final finished product.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and operational procedures during production.

Technical Requirements

Candidates should have knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following cable manufacturing processes:
- CCV (Continuous Catenary Vulcanization), Rubber CCV Line, VCV (Vertical Continuous Vulcanization), RBD, Extrusion, Stranding, Laying, Insulation, Inner Sheathing, Armoring, Outer Sheathing, Rewinding, Curing

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 25 years of experience in cable manufacturing.
- For Rubber CCV positions, candidates should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Rubber Cable Manufacturing on CCV lines up to 69 KV.
- Experience working with cable manu
