Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations for corporate and field employees.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, and exit management.
- Process monthly payroll while ensuring statutory compliance relating to PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and Gratuity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Statutory audits, and internal HR governance.




- Collaborated closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive HR policy development, research, and policy modulation aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory frameworks. Handbook, travel policy, attendance policy, leave policy, and performance management processes.
- Drive Performance Management System (KRA setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans).
- Lead employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warning letters and employee counselling.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, HRMS implementation, and HR documentation.
- Conduct POSH Committee meetings, POSH Training, statutory compliance, awareness sessions, and mandatory HR compliance activities.
