Key Skills:
- Ticketing System Handling
- Network Support & Troubleshooting
- Desktop/Laptop Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration
- Biometric system & CCTV Camera Support
- Knowledge of EDR and Cyber security (Preferred)
