About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to own customer engagement and retention across digital channels. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-performance e-commerce setting, driving repeat purchases and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, execute, and optimize WhatsApp journeys for customer engagement and retention.
2. Manage cart-recovery calling initiatives to convert abandoned carts into sales.
3. Handle Facebook CRM activities to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
4. Plan and execute emailer campaigns, including segmentation,
content coordination, and performance tracking.
5. Monitor and analyze retention metrics (repeat purchase rate, churn, CLTV) to identify improvement areas.
6. Coordinate with marketing and tech teams to set up automated workflows and triggers.
7. Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on CRM and retention KPIs.
8. A/B test messaging, offers, and journeys to improve conversion and retention rates.
9. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/escalations arising from CRM touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or customer engagement roles, preferably in e-commerce/D2C.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API/tools, Facebook CRM, and emailer platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer touchpoints simultaneously.
- Strong coordination skil
