Job Title: HR Executive

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)

Below 30 years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure continuous hiring to meet manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and strategic HR activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Process and maintain statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labour regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, attendance, and payroll-related data.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Draft HR letters, notices, policies, SOPs,



and official communications.
- Support disciplinary procedures and policy implementation.
- Coordinate with different departments to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Perform any additional HR responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and Labour Laws.
- Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (Mandatory).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
