About the Role:

Polstrat is seeking a agile Reels Editor to transform raw footage from political campaigns and on-ground activities into compelling, short-form video content. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp narrative instinct, execute edits swiftly, and thrive under real-time deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-impact Reels and Shorts from raw on-ground campaign footage.
- Deliver polished video content within exceptionally tight turnaround windows.
- Capture and highlight the behind-the-scenes moments and human elements of political campaigns using trending audio and engaging transitions.
- Conceptualise and execute both trend-based and narrative-driven visual content.




- Collaborate closely with teams on the ground to interpret briefs and deliver immediate, relevant visual assets.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in event, media, or political video editing.
- Proven expertise in mobile-first video creation, editing software, and formatting.
- Possession of a personal, production-ready editing setup for immediate deployment.
- A strong command of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital audience engagement.
