- 4 to 5+ years of total experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance Operations/client servicing area

Trade Finance expertise in (EDPMD/IDPMS/RF/BG),understanding of ICC rules such as UCP / URDG (expertise in any two are required)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Job Description:
- Holds overall ownership of trade transactions of Trade Clients and ensures an end-to-end completion of transaction processing.
- tracking deferrals to facilitate the straight through processing and minimize the breaking down of transactions
- Address Client complaints and ensuring their effective resolution with high-quality Client service and appropriate flexibility, balancing the client relationship and business costs.
