Job Role: Recruitment Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Graduation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: Khushkhera, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan (Near Honda Car Plant)

Key Responsibilities:

* Pre-screen candidates for multiple client requirements

* Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidates

* Coordinate with candidates for further interview rounds

* Maintain candidate records and screening reports

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Candidate Screening

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Valuable understanding of recruitment processes
