- Supervise and plan daily construction and maintenance activities.
- Handle billing task including preparation and verification of Client and Vendors bills .
- Perform estimation and costing of project work with accuracy.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials and labour.
- Prepare and manage BOQ and BOM.
- Verify Steel reinforcement and form work as per design and drawings.
- Perform layout checking and ensure proper execution at site.
- Ensure Quality Control of material’s and construction activities.
- Co ordinate with Internal teams, contractors and vendors for smooth operations
