Job Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365

Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Business Central and Finance Module

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

Conduct workshops and prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs).

Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Provide functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules.

Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.

Work closely with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.

Manage third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Lead upgrade and migration projects from NAV 2009/NAV 2015–2018 to Business Central.

Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.

Monitor and update project tasks in JIRA.

Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for end users.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
