Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry to manage post-sales collections and customer documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of customer dues, coordinating with financial institutions for loan disbursements, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating a seamless post-sales experience. The role demands excellent stakeholder management, solid follow-up skills, and a thorough understanding of real estate sales documentation and collection processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end post-sales collection activities for real estate projects.
- Monitor customer payment schedules and ensure timely collection of booking amounts, installments, milestone payments, and outstanding dues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure adherence to payment timelines.




- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate home loan processing, documentation, sanction, and timely loan disbursement..
- Verify and maintain customer documentation, including KYC, booking forms, sale agreements, loan documents, registration records, and other statutory documents.
- Maintain accurate collection records, ageing reports, MIS reports, and customer payment trackers.
- Assist customers with payment-related queries, documentation requirements, registration formalities, and possession-related processes.
- Contribute towards achieving monthly collection targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
