Sales Manager Department: Sales & Business Development | Mode: On-site | Languages: English, Hindi (Tamil will be added advantage)

About the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by generating leads, building solid client connections, and consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. This role requires a market-aware professional who can recommend the right products based on customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

New Leads Generation Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Connections & Networking Build and nurture professional relationships with potential clients, industry contacts, and key decision-makers to expand the company's reach.

Target Achievement Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, tracking progress against KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.

Market Research Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.





Product Recommendation Analyze client requirements and market demand to recommend the most suitable products from the company's portfolio.

Receivables Support Collaborate closely with the KAM team to support collection of receivables and ensure financial closure on deals.

Background & Requirements

Preferred Background Sales Experience In Construction Or Real
Estate (not mandatory)

Civil engineering background is a plus Government/institutional sales

Note: Construction / Real Estate sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a civil engineering background and government sales exposure will be given preference.
