About NAB Karnataka

National Association for the Blind (NAB) Karnataka is one of the state's leading non-profit organisations working towards the education, rehabilitation, skill development and employment of persons with visual impairment. Over the last 47 years, thousands of visually impaired individuals have benefited from the various programmes and trainings held at NABK.

Through partnerships with communities, educational institutions, corporates, government agencies and donors, NAB Karnataka creates opportunities that enable visually impaired individuals to live with dignity, independence and confidence.

About the Role

The CSR & Fundraising Lead will play a critical role in helping NAB Karnataka expand its impact by building partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations and philanthropic donors.

This role goes beyond fundraising. It is about creating long-term relationships with organisations that believe in inclusion and are committed to supporting programmes that transform lives.

The individual will identify opportunities, nurture partnerships,



coordinate proposal development and work closely with leadership and the partner organisations.

Success in this role will directly contribute to expanding opportunities with organisations either towards sustainable funding for the organisation's initiatives for visually impaired

Roles & Responsibilities

Corporate Partnerships & Business Development

· Identify and engage corporates, CSR teams, foundations and institutional donors.

· Build a solid pipeline of funding opportunities aligned with organisational priorities.

· Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.

· Represent NAB Karnataka during corporate meetings, networking forums and partnership discussions.

· Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations beyond financial support.

Proposal Development & Fundraising
