We are looking for an experienced Art Project Manager to coordinate and manage art production projects from planning through delivery. The role includes project scheduling, work allocation, progress tracking, quality coordination, and communication with internal teams and external clients.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of different art and illustration styles, production workflows, file requirements, and quality standards. The person should be able to review project briefs, assign work based on artist skills and capacity, identify production risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage art and illustration projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Allocate work based on artist skills, availability, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and clients.
- Track schedules, priorities, feedback, revisions, and project status.
- Ensure artwork meets the required style,



technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Support estimation, resource planning, and resolution of production issues.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in art, illustration, creative, publishing, or digital production.
- Knowledge of different creative and technical art styles and production nuances.
- Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in creating technical art, creative illustrations, animation, or a combination of these will be given preference.
- Experience in digital learning, eLearning, motion graphics, or animation will be an added advantage.
