To be successful as a Team Manager, you should have experience with Learning Operations, Performance Management, Talent Development, or HR Operations, with a proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering operational excellence. Experience in HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow, alongside data analysis, reporting, process improvement.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Development, or HR Operations.
- Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across multiple business functions.




- Solid understanding of performance management cycles, learning operations, and employee development processes.
