Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and partners,



and supporting outreach campaigns to promote LearningShala’s programs and services. The associate will conduct market research to understand student needs and trends, assist in designing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, and collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to drive admissions growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing pipelines in CRM tools, coordinating follow-ups via calls and emails, participating in events or webinars, and providing clear, accurate information to prospective learners. The role requires a proactive approach, a strong focus on targets, and a commitment to representing LearningShala’s trust-first, student-focused values.
