Job Title: Data Entry Agent (Salesforce Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Agent with hands-on experience in Salesforce to accurately manage, update, and maintain data within our systems. The role requires high accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work with large volumes of data while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Salesforce and other internal systems
- Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and quality checks
- Manage customer/account records, ensuring all information is up to date
- Extract and generate reports from Salesforce as required
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution
- Support operations and business teams with timely data updates
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Adhere to defined SLAs and productivity targets

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce (Preferable)




- Strong typing speed with high accuracy
- Good understanding of data management and validation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Positive communication skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a BPO/shared services environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
- Basic analytical skills for data interpretation
