We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Level Software Architect to join our agile team. As an Enterprise Level Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions for our enterprise-level systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture aligns with business objectives and technological strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise-level software solutions in a Scaled Global Product Organization spread over multiple geographies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support the development of enterprise-level software solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in software architecture and development processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the software product can be deployed, managed, and scaled effectively.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of the software product.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensure that the product complies to the Cyber Security standards as mandated by the organization
