Position: .NET Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking experienced .NET Full Stack Software Engineers with solid expertise in C#, .NET, Azure Services, SQL Server, and ReactJS to join a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.

Insurance domain experience will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies and ReactJS.
- Build and support RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and related frontend technologies.




- Work with Azure cloud services to build secure, high-availability applications.
- Optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and application performance.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Backend
- Strong experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core
- ASP.NET Web API development
- Entity Framework
- Microservices Architecture
- Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Design Patterns

Frontend
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in ReactJS
- React Hooks, State Management
