Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced
Marine Project Manager
to lead and oversee complex
Marine and Ship Construction
projects from contract award through delivery. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of hands-on project management experience in the marine, shipbuilding, or offshore construction industry, combined with a robust engineering background. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of ship construction, repair, conversion, or newbuild projects from kickoff through delivery and handover.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and procurement timelines in coordination with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, classification societies (e.g., ABS, DNV, Lloyd's Register), and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress against milestones,



proactively identifying risks, delays, or cost overruns, and implementing corrective actions.

• Lead cross-functional project teams including naval architects, marine engineers, production supervisors, quality assurance, and subcontractors.

• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and variation management, ensuring alignment with commercial and technical terms.

• Ensure strict compliance with international maritime regulations, class society rules, HSE standards, and shipyard safety protocols.

• Coordinate sea trials, inspections, testing, and vessel commissioning activities prior to delivery.
