Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process purchase, sales, and journal entries.
- Handle GST calculations, return filing, reconciliations, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain accounting records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting-related queries.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
