1) Candidate to be preferably from science background with work experience of 8-10 years , conversent with industry practices followed in pharma industry & if previously worked in pharma industry would be of added advantage.

2) Should be conversent with ERP systems , Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other applications.

3) He should be able to independantly manage stores and will be overall responsible and accountable for store activities . This includes management of Finshed Goods, Raw Material, Packing Material, Engg Stores & Sales and Promotional items.

4) To ensure FG dispatch happens to customers as per agreed plans and maintain regular connect with Sales team to ensure desired targets are achieved.

5) To ensure stock reconcilations happen on periodic basis (fortnightly /Monthy) and ensure system stocks match physical stocks for FG,



RM ,PM, Engg and Sales & Promotional items.

6) To manage Online Sales activities (Amazon, 1MG,Netmeds etc.)of finished goods and ensure requisite stocks are allocated for online sales thereby ensuring no loss of online sales orders . In addition daily stock reconciliations to be done for the same.

7) To Monitor & assist stores collegues if required in dispensing activities of Raw Materials and catering to production requirements of Raw & Packing Materials as per requisitions raised.

8) Providing MIS on FG, RM,PM , Sales & Promotional , Online sales to relevant concerned on periodic basis as aligned
