We are looking for a proactive and technically competent EDP & IT Engineer to manage and support both our business systems (ERP/EDP) and IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s ERP system, maintaining data accuracy, providing user support, managing IT infrastructure, and driving technology-enabled process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

EDP / Business Systems

* Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the company’s ERP system by understanding business processes, defining system requirements, coordinating with software developers, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption across the organization.

* Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations.

* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of master data including customers, suppliers, items, BOMs and other business data.

* Generate and develop MIS reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

* Coordinate with ERP vendors for issue resolution, customizations, upgrades and current developments.





* Train employees on effective ERP usage and promote system adoption across departments.

* Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and improve operational efficiency through technology.

* Support barcode, QR code and other shop-floor digitalization initiatives.

* Monitor system data, identify inconsistencies and ensure timely corrective actions.

IT Infrastructure

* Maintain and support desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.

* Manage the company’s LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and network infrastructure.

* Administer email systems, user accounts and software installations.

* Ensure regular data backup, restoration readiness and basic cybersecurity practices.

* Maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices and other IT-enabled systems.

* Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, networking and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs)
