1. Execute internal audits across group companies.

2. Perform transaction vouching and verification of supporting documents.

3. Perform bank reconciliations and investigate unreconciled items.

4. Verify GST compliance, including return reconciliations, input tax credit (ITC) validation, and

statutory compliance.

5. Review accounting entries, ledgers, trial balances, and expense transactions.

6. Verify investments, bank transactions, and supporting documentation.

7. Prepare audit working papers and draft audit observations.

8. Coordinate with functional departments for audit-related requirements.

9. Follow up on pending audit observations and corrective actions.
