Role Description
The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. The role involves providing one-on-one and group counselling to students and families on course selection, eligibility, and suitable institutions in India and abroad.



The Admission Counsellor will guide students through the entire admission process, including documentation, application form filling, exam and counselling updates, and final enrollment support. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultation sessions, following up with leads, maintaining accurate student records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely support. The role also includes participating in outreach activities, seminars, and events to promote services and build long-term relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Qualifications
- Preferred Candidates are female.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to counsel students and interact with parents and institutions.
- Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admission process.
