Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role based in Chennai. The Technical Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of digital customer experience solutions, including planning, execution, monitoring,



and closure of projects for banking and financial institution clients. Responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, status reporting, and issue resolution to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations. The Technical Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and support pre-sales or solution discussions where required.
