Role & responsibilities:
- To execute the preventive maintenance of all the installed assets in guidance to the manufacturer recommended frequency.
- Basic engineering drawing knowledge.
- Consolidate the daily Power consumption and analysis for deviation.
- Maintain the critical inventory / spares to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
- Respond to the breakdown and calculation of MTTR, MTBF to upkeep the equipment.
- Analysis of breakdown with proper tools (RCA, CAPA, 5-WHY Analysis) and implementing corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
- Submission of Form C2, renewal of captive generation plants.
- Update machine history cards, check lists and other relevant documents for various audits.
- Annual Maintenance of Transformers, Earth electrodes, ACB, VCB, relay testing and calibrations.
- Cross plant audits along with Superior for knowledge sharing and adhering to the best practices followed across plants.




- Compliance of non-conformity raised in various internal & external audits.
- Implementing 5s and sustain the practice.
- Coordination with TNEB officials for smooth operations

Reporting to Maintenance Head

Preferred candidate profile :
- Basic Electrical knowledge.
- Microsoft tools like work, excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Electrical circuits, electronic circuits, control systems
- Practical knowledge of Induction motors, servo motors, VFDs
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Basic working in MS Office (Excel, Word & Presentation).
- Internship / Implant training with leading companies
- Working with Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential and fluency in the local language is preferred.
