We are seeking an experienced
SharePoint Architect
to lead the architecture, development, governance, security, and optimization of our enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration platform. This role will be responsible for designing scalable SharePoint Online solutions, driving digital workplace transformation, implementing governance frameworks, and leveraging AI-powered capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage SharePoint Online architecture, including information architecture, hub sites, content types, metadata, and governance standards.
- Develop contemporary SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, Microsoft Graph API, and REST services.
- Architect and implement intranet portals, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Design Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline and automate business processes.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies,



including Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Purview, and Copilot.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and RAG-based architectures.
- Implement governance, compliance, retention, data protection, and security controls across the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, DLP, Defender, and Zero Trust security initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, provide architectural guidance, and mentor technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of SharePoint experience, including architecting enterprise-scale SharePoint Online solutions.
- Strong expertise in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and compliance.
- Exposure to Azure
