· Software installation (primarily in a Windows environments), user setup, company setup, VRC creation, package creation and maintenance, performance tuning of the LN application (including disk layouts). In addition, this position will perform high level monitoring of the Infor Environment at the Windows OS level.

- User Management in IFS. Infor OS & ION Desk administration. Maintaining and creation of workflows/data flows & Troubleshooting BOD errors. Supporting functional team with testing of workflows.
Technical Skill
· At least 5- 8 years of hands on experience in administering or supporting LN applications.
· Knowledge of ODM / IDM
· Knowledge of LNUI / Mingle from administrative purposes
· Knowledge of procedure for certificate renewals for LNUI/Mingle/Infor OS
· SLM administration
· Working knowledge of the Windows server operating system and SQL databases
· Thorough understanding of BSE / File structure
· Basic knowledge of ION and workflow setups
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, Math, MIS, or related Technology field
· 5 -10 years of software implementation experience.
