We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of chip-level laptop repairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive laptops from all branches for chip-level service and ensure proper documentation.
- Assign repair jobs to chip-level service engineers based on workload and priority.
- Track the progress of all service jobs and ensure timely completion.
- Dispatch repaired laptops back to the respective branches within the committed timeline.
- Maintain daily records of jobs assigned, work completed, pending cases, and turnaround time.
- Prepare and share daily service status reports with the management.
- Coordinate with vendors for the collection and procurement of spare parts required for repairs.
- Follow up with engineers and vendors to avoid delays in service delivery.
- Ensure proper handling, tracking, and movement of customer devices throughout the service process.
- Work closely with branch teams to provide updates on repair status and expected delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
