Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT sourcing experience.
- Experience hiring for Staff Augmentation / T&M; business models.
- Prior experience working in an IT Services organization is mandatory.
- Robust expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven, and performance-oriented environment.
