Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Training Lead with robust expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (SAP PLM) to lead end-user training strategy, content development, and training delivery for SAP PLM implementations and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of SAP PLM functional knowledge, learning and development expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience driving organizational change through effective training interventions.

The Training Lead will work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, project managers, and change management teams to ensure successful user adoption of SAP PLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Governance
- Develop and execute the overall training strategy for SAP PLM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Define training approach, curriculum design, delivery models, and training schedules.
- Establish training governance, standards, and best practices across the program.
- Conduct training needs assessments and learning impact analysis.

SAP PLM Training Development




- Design and develop role-based training materials, including:
- User Guides
- Quick Reference Cards
- Process Maps
- Job Aids
- E-learning Modules
- Training Presentations
- Knowledge Assessments
- Create training content aligned with SAP PLM business processes.
- Ensure training materials reflect system updates and process changes.

SAP PLM Functional Enablement
- Deliver training on SAP PLM processes specifically change request management
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train super users/champions.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business process owners, SAP functional consultants, and project leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Manage communication with stakeholders regarding training readiness and adoption metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP PLM training-related activities.
