Role Description
The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for supporting clients through property buying, selling, and investment processes,



with a focus on Bengaluru’s residential and commercial markets. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting property research, coordinating site visits, preparing and reviewing basic documentation, and assisting in the execution of real estate transactions. The associate will liaise with developers, legal and regulatory partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures and compliance with applicable laws and RERA guidelines. Day-to-day activities include maintaining accurate property listings, responding to client inquiries, preparing proposals and reports, and providing clear, timely communication to NRI and local clients throughout their engagement with Porchlight Realty.

Qualifications
- Robust understanding of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, with the ability to guide clients through property buying and selling processes.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Develop
