Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Gujarat

Location: Surat / Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Local candidates preferred)

About the Role

Herbal Chakra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), distributor handling, channel sales, and team management, preferably from the Beverage, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors across the assigned territory.
- Handle complete Distributor Management, including appointment, performance monitoring, ROI, and conflict resolution.
- Drive business through General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
- Expand market penetration by identifying new distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts, and channel partners.
- Monitor secondary sales,



primary sales, stock availability, and market coverage.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers/Sales Executives to achieve territory-wise targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales reports, distributor performance, and market trends to improve business growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability and successful product launches.
- Ensure timely collections, distributor payments, and adherence to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of sales experience in FMCG/Beverage/Food & Beverage/Consumer Goods, with at least 2 years as an Area Sales Manager or equivalent role.
